Why Coaching Can Make a Difference
There’s no shortage of nutrition advice and juice recipes online — the challenge is knowing what actually makes sense for you. Coaching takes the guesswork out of the process. I have been juicing for over 14 years and coaching for over 10. Together, we look at your current diet, health goals and lifestyle, and create a practical approach to juicing and adding more plant-based nutrition that fits into your everyday life. You’ll learn what to juice, how to balance juices with whole foods, how to shop and prepare efficiently, and how to build habits you can actually maintain — with ongoing guidance and accountability along the way.

Living Foods. High Prana. Concentrated Nutrition.
Ancient yogic traditions describe prana as the vital life energy present throughout nature. Fresh fruits, vegetables, greens, herbs, and sprouts have long been valued as foods that support vitality and well-being.
I like to call these living foods — fresh, colorful, vibrant foods that are close to nature.
We all know how important hydration is. Now imagine a fresh juice made from water-rich fruits and vegetables — along with the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other beneficial plant compounds naturally found in them. It’s a refreshing and nourishing way to bring a greater variety of plants into your day.
Fresh juicing is one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to bring more living foods — and more plant nutrition — into your daily life
The Power of Fresh Juicing
Think about how many vegetables can go into a single glass — carrots, celery, cucumber, leafy greens, beets, lemon, ginger, turmeric and more. Eating that amount and variety every day isn't always easy. Juicing makes it practical.
Juicing removes much of the insoluble fiber while retaining many of the vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds naturally present in the produce. This creates a concentrated source of plant nutrition that can be absorbed relatively quickly through the digestive system.
Juicing doesn't replace whole fruits and vegetables — fiber is essential too. I see fresh juice as a powerful addition to a wholesome, plant-rich diet.
